Would you like to be a School Volunteer?

There are many volunteer opportunities available for you.
- Do you have an hour in the morning? Help us roll a breakfast cart around to our staff.
- Do you have a half hour during the school day? Mentor a student or volunteer in your child’s classroom. Help the PTA design carnival games or make some signs.
- Do you have an hour on a Saturday morning? Find out what The Green Team is up to on the Douglas grounds and come volunteer with your child. Or, plan to spin some cotton candy, sell tickets, or paint a face at the Douglas Carnival.
- Maybe you have a few minutes at home in the evening? Cut out some character leaves for our school counselor or cut out some shapes for a kindergarten teacher.
Ask your child’s teacher for direction in the classroom, or contact Trish Stutts, our PTA President or Susan Steltenpohl, our President Elect, for additional information about volunteer opportunities.
