English As a Second Language (ESL)

The ESL program is designed to help students with a home background in
a language other than English. For some students, English is not
merely a second language but a third or fourth.

Students who are eligible for ESL services are "pulled out" of their
classrooms for enriched language instruction.

If you have any questions about Douglas or the ESL Program and would
