First Grade

Our goal as the first grade team is to build a creative learning environment in which each child can grow and develop into a life long learner.   We collaborate with each other and the specialist team to teach the North Carolina Standard Course of Study and to integrate the arts into many lessons.  First grade is an amazing time for children because of the growth and development that takes place and we are thrilled to be a part of that.
